Mad dash to the finish line
OK, been busy lately so haven’t posted in a bit but lots happening right now. Junk haulers are here today, storage guys come tomorrow. Up to box #108 all being stored in one of the basement bedrooms. Have packed most of the odd kitchen items, but still have to do pots and pans and dishes. Pretty much everything else in the house is empty and packed. But we still haven’t packed our clothes yet. Plan is to have house done by tomorrow or saturday, then sunday/mon pack our clothes. I have procured 16 duffles from amazon and we’ll use one hanging suitcase and one hard sided suitcase as well, which will make 18. Took the cats to the vet yesterday for their “within 10ds prior to departure” visit, and fed-ex’d the forms to the USDA. Printed, filled out and scanned the Israeli forms and created an email which I can send on monday, 48hrs prior to departure, as instructed. If I have time, I will post one more time before we leave. Otherwise, it might be from the airport! Wish us luck…
